It's a randomly generated easier super meat boy with a limited number of retries and after level perk unlocks.. In half an hour of playing, I:-Died-Threw explosives-Threw explosives-Was decapitated by a gigantic rotating saw-Threw more explosives-Was eviscerated by a buzzsaw attached to a wall-Was eviscerated again-Died-Was impaled on a cluster of spikes-Was shot by a musket mounted to the wall-Threw some explosives at a moving buzzsaw attached to a rail-Died to a moving buzzsaw attached to a rail-Blew up the level because it♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥me off-Realized I couldn't get to the the exit-Quit and started againHonestly, this game is so simplistic, I didn't expect it to be fun. I thought "Maybe I'll get a little bit of entertainment out of it." This is a gem. This is a wonderful game.8.5/10 Fantastic.Serious review time.This game is unforgiving in level difficulty sometimes, but extremely forgiving in that you can be overlapping with some of the traps just barely and not have to worry about getting fricked-over for it. It also gives you these handy little explosives that stick to walls and to traps, and those let you get rid of the eviscerating and impaling traps.The controls are responsive and snappy, and there's an ever-so-slight amount of momentum going on that lets you over-correct without completely ruining yourself.The upgrades are, while simple, very nice to have and essential to the game. I feel that I'm going to get a decent amount of stream content from this game because it's so easy on the computer and so easy to talk over. Very much recommend, ESPECIALLY when it's on sale. Honestly, I may just buy it for a friend at full price because I want to support the dev(s) who made this. Awesome job, guys!. I like it! It's a nice game with solid mechanics and a nice upgrading system the farther you go within arcade. Its nice to have chill games where you can sit back and relax with netflix going as you play. As fun as it is frustrating Just Get Through is a helll of a ride. The randomly generated trap-filled levels mean that every playthrough is different. And you will find yourself getting far to excited about unlocking a new colour scheme for the game. With a good mix of challenging game modes it keeps things fresh. Other reviews compare this game favorably with Super Meat Boy and Spelunky. As a big fan of both of those games, I find those comparisons horribly misplaced. The walljump controls are extremely inconsistent. Given that walljumping is one of the core mechanics of the game, that's unacceptable.. Roguelike platformer where everything is out to kill you. Simple premise, but it is addictive as can be. No really, it's ciminal that more people don't own this. It has simplistic design, and skill is king here. It is amazing, buy it now!
